It is usually a very easy process but sometimes things just go wrong.
The help desk is run by Jira software and you do have to sign up with an email to use it. That just keeps me from getting requests from every yahoo on the Internet.
There are a lot of yahoos out there, I tell you what.

Yep, The old Windows NT BSOD screensaver is still available and works on Windows 10. This guy has been at it a long time and I still use some of these tools and of course, I still have the screensaver. All Sysinternals tools can still be found at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/
